Hot Stone Therapy involves the heating of smooth basalt stones that are applied to the body using a variety of techniques. This process adds radiating warmth to an already nurturing Swedish massage.
The stones become healing tools in the therapist hands and are also placed on and underneath the body to melt away stress and muscle tension.
