Welcome to our Wellness Center and thank you for choosing Bodyography!  We offer a wide range of services at competitive prices. Contact us today to set up an appointment and experience the healing effects of massage therapy, acupuncture and skin care for yourself.  Depending on the service you are receiving, you will be required to fill out some paperwork.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to speak with your practitioner.

Appointments

We encourage you to schedule appointments in advance to reserve the desired time you prefer.  If you are scheduling for multiple people, please give us as much advance notice possible to coordinate practitioners.

• First-timers - Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork.
• Early-birds - You are welcome to relax in the reception area of our Wellness Center prior to your scheduled time.  Please understand that your session will not be extended and the practitioner may not be able to start your treatment earlier than the scheduled time.
• Late-comers - If you arrive late, Bodyography will make every effort to provide you with the full session scheduled, however, if the practitioners schedule does not permit this, please understand you will be charged for the full session scheduled.  If the practitioner is late, the full session scheduled will be provided.

• Missed Appointments and Cancellation Policy - Bodyography confirms all appointments days in advance to allow you the opportunity to cancel or reschedule to avoid conflicts.  If you do miss an appointment, you will be charged for the full session.  Our Wellness Center requires 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.  Please understand that a lost appointment is equivalent to a loss of income and that someone else may have been denied a treatment.  We understand that on rare occasion, unforeseen circumstances arise and you may have to cancel without the 24 hour notice.  If this happens, please respect our time and speak with your practitioner as soon as possible.  They will make the decision regarding charges for late cancellations.

Weather

In the event of inclement weather, we will contact you regarding cancellations.  Typically, if Melrose schools are closed, we will be closed as well.

Parking

Parking is relatively easy at our location.  Street parking and municipal lots are available within close proximity.  We suggest  you do not park in the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot, as they will tow your car.

Payment and Insurance

Payment is expected at the time of your visit.  Bodyography accepts cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa and American Express as forms of payment.  There is a $45 fee for any returned checks.  Please note, we do not accept or bill insurance companies, but we are more than happy to provide you with documentation to submit for reimbursement, if applicable.

Personal Property

Please keep your valuables with you while visiting our Wellness Center.  Bodyography and your practitioner cannot beresponsible for your personal property while you are visiting our Wellness Center.

Acupuncture

This office uses only individually wrapped, sterile and disposable needles.  Attire for acupuncture should be comfortable and relaxed.  It is best to wear loose, comfortable clothing as acupuncture sessions involve palpation and treatment of various parts of the body.  If you need to change prior to your treatment, please allow extra time.  Draping will be provided to ensure modesty.  Please refrain from wearing excessive jewelry as some metals may interfere with the efficacy of the treatment.  In consideration of our environmentally-sensitive patients, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or strongly scented oils/lotions during your visit.

Session Packages

Discounts of roughly 10 - 15 % are available when you purchase a package of 4 or 6 sessions.  Packages are offered for any service at Bodyography.  Packages must be for the same service, are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer.  Packages expire one year from date of purchase.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination over $20.  They are presented in our Signature blue and white gift bag, perfect for any occasion.  Also, look for special occasion and seasonally appropriate gift bags.

Pricing

All prices subject to change without notice.  Gratuity is not included in the pricing.
